I imagine the only current use is in exporting bitmaps from the game. I thought it wasnt possible to change the size of the map (number of tiles rendered on screen), am I wrong or does the author mean display of maps outside the game? - Mizipzor 21:09, 4 November 2007 (EST) Used for playing in tiny windows, display of massive maps and perhaps videos.

Hermano 16:23, 15 October 2010 (UTC)Ĭan these tilesets be used on a mac as well? I added a link to the Raw tile selector tool since a lot of these tilesets lack raws for newer versions of df.
Anyone know of any links? 3lB33 14:15, 24 September 2009 (UTC) Thanks Mike for doing this, this explains some of the confusion I had with others (I knew yours required RAW mining, but not the others.) My only problem is that many of the others don't seem to have any explanation of which RAWs to change. I agree, those heavily edited tilesets should be seperated, preferably with a link to the matching raws. Shouldn't those be separated to prevent confusion among newbies? They are likely to try these tilesets with an unmodded DF and get frustrated. I'm noticing more and more tilesets on the list which require edited raws, in most cases they require the raws from DFG.
I did do enough on the Curses+1 set that I feel comfortable calling it mine though. The only things I made were the actual dorfs from the Duerable/Bigasam graphics pages, the rest was just collected rescales and cleanup for HD use.ġ.dorflet.cleanEdges: Fixed some flaws I noticed by changing the displayed background in GIMP.ġ.Dapper.Wanderlust: finished BigasamRacial graphics, converted Bigasam to BigasamAscii, rescaled Myne and cleaned it up, added a folder with some 36x36 assets for you squareloving whackjobs out there.ġ.Dapper.Brightened: noticed some of the tiles showed up too dark to see properly, tweaked the moustaches a little.ġ.Curses+1.Multisets: Gathered all the tilesets into the main folder, added numerous rescales, again, the only things I've actually made are the dapper graphics sets, credit for the original tilesets belongs to the various authors which I will list when I track down who made what. I put the Duerer crosshatch background in the CLA tiles with that set, also replaced the dorfs in the Duerer tileset with ones I drew because I couldn't see the originals at all. GemSet was made by DragonDePlatino, it is the 32x48 text set with some tiles snipped out and recolored so adventurers display colors right.ĭuerer was made by HaterSkater, it is the 30x45 rescale and reconstruction I did of a text tileset from a map set he made.īisasam was made by Bisasam (I assume), it is the 36x54 rescale I did of a version which includes parts from Phssthpok's set.
